By ordering from this website, you agree to the following policy:

We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

  1. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
  2. For COD orders, a store credit/coupon code will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address. Refunds are not applicable for COD orders.
  3. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn or the tags and labels are missing, a refund would not be provided.
  4. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your store credit

PLEASE NOTE: REFUND ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.

  1. Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR LIFETIME YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.
  2. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day. Please note that we do not solve customer queries on WhatsApp.
  4. Please note all (exchanges/returns) reverse pickup shipments will be applicable for a 200 Rupees shipping charges.
  5. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  6. To maintain a good relation standards on Italian tags, we do not accept returns/exchange on several product categories, including but not limited to Blazers, Coats, Suits and Custom Orders. Italian tags may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
  7. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS:

All sales transactions are final.

We’d like to inform customers that all changes to orders must be made known to us via email /WhatsApp ASAP preferably within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to amend your order details anymore, unfortunately. Once an order has been placed, we regret to inform you that we do not allow any cancellation as we work very quickly in processing all our orders. This is to ensure minimal disruption to our order fulfilment team. Should an exception be made, all order cancellations will be subjected to cancellation fee of Rs 500.

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please get in touch with us via email for return/exchange instructions within 24 Hrs from the time the parcel is delivered to you. Returns and Exchanges are only applicable to items that arrive in a faulty or damaged state and must be in their original packaging.

Please note, we do not cover for the return shipping cost(except items that arrive in a faulty or damaged state). Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ensure returned item is shipped via a trackable shipping method. All exchanges & refunds will only be processed when we have received the actual product back in our warehouse. Returned product must be in its original condition (unopened, unused, in original packaging) to be eligible for an exchange/refund. If a returned parcel is lost in transit, italian tags (Rainbow Garments). will not be held accountable.

Customers must contact us via email/WhatsApp (or other way) within 24 hours/1 days of product receipt with evidence of product damage (by means of photos or videos that best demonstrate the defect/damage). Upon inspection of the available evidence, a decision will be made to offer a refund/replacement on return of the product.
