Return & Exchange

Starting online returns is easy  

• Enter your email address and verification code to sign in. 
• Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions, 
only 4 steps complete the returns request and submit. 
• Once your request is approved, you will get email updates notifications with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable?（eligible for returns）  

• 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a exchange. 
•  wrong items, or defective items. 
•  In the original packaging with all the tags intact. 
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

What items and exceptions are non-refundable?  

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
• Gift cards. 
• Discounted items (if applicable).  

Damage, loss, or theft issues  

• If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. 
• If the purchased product is loss, or theft, Please collect evidence and contact us immediately.  

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, we allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. 

Refund solutions  

• Refund to your Italian Tags store credit.

How soon will I get my refund?  

• After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store credit is immediate.
• If you are a VIP customer, the refund is executed immediately after the return request is reviewed and approved.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@italiantags.com.

  * While sending the product kindly record a video to avoid any discrepancy in the future.

  * Kindly return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been used, a refund would not be provided.

  * Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.

  * Refund shall be initiated within 5-7 business days after receiving the return package, in the bank account shared by the customer.

  * Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

  NOTE:
  * Gurkha Pants COD orders are not eligible for refunds, only exchange will be provided.

  * Gurkha Pants COD orders are eligible for STORE CREDIT, which can be used to purchase any Italian Tags product from italiantags.com

  * Gurkha Pants custom size orders are not eligible for refund or return, as it is specially tailored product as per customer given measurements
